ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
This year's conference, starting on the evening of Friday, June 7, with our Welcome Night Dinner and Reception and ending with a morning professional development sessions on Sunday, June 9, is open to all professionals working in and affiliated with the engineering and applied science technology profession.
OACETT members and non-members are encouraged to attend this annual event, which includes thought-provoking professional development sessions that are sure to pique your interest and increase your knowledge, as well as many networking opportunities.
ABOUT THE AWARDS GALA
What would the conference be like without the awards gala? Get ready for a night of fun, networking, and celebrating in style at our Presidents Awards Dinner. The evening begins with a cocktail reception, complete with live entertainment, exceptional networking opportunities, and delicious canapes and cocktails.
This is followed by our President's Awards Dinner hosted by Second City alumni, the humorous Sandy Jobin-Bevans. Enjoy a three-course meal with excellent company, entertainment, and, of course, much celebration as we honour the outstanding contributions of 12 individuals and companies whose work has significantly impacted the engineering and applied science technology profession, the Association, education, and communities. Also being honored are OACETT Fellow designation honourees.
The fun continues after our gala with a hospitality reception where you will have the opportunity to congratulate an award winner while enjoying some light evening refreshments.
You don't need to be a member of OACETT to attend the conference or gala; everyone is welcome!
